Modis Bulgaria is expanding its team and is aiming to reach 1600 employees by the middle of 2019

At the beginning of this year the company took a strategic step by launching a new entity and changing the name under which it operates on the Bulgarian market. Until January 2018, the outsourcing leader was known as Adecco Bulgaria, but in order to improve and develop the outsourcing business, it spun-off into a new company - Modis Bulgaria. It continues to be part of the world’s leading HR solutions provider, The Adecco Group. The General Manager of the new company is Philippe Rouvrais who is also Senior Vice President, IT Outsourcing EMEA & India at The Adecco Group.

Business Development

Over the last 6 months, the company’s team has been working hard to develop and create more flexible solutions for its customers. Currently, Modis provides IT Service Desk, Data Center and Network Services, End-User Device Support (Desktop & Mobile), Application Development and Support and BPO Solutions to customers from around the globe.  As a result of the improvements made, the company has attracted over 5 new international companies.

Growing Plans

Modis Bulgaria is planning to hire over 400 people (bilingual support agents, software and technical engineers) by the middle of 2019. New employees will become part of a global team and take advantage of the numerous benefits that the company offers. Among them are sports cards, additional health coverage, leisure areas, various discounts, sports and charity initiatives and more. In order to support the growth, the company is currently preparing the opening of new offices in Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna.

The company is located in Kambanite Green Offices and occupies 4 floors with a total office area of nearly 7,000 square meters, which includes open spaces, meeting rooms, kitchens, relax and play areas. The Class A buildings meet the best practices in sustainable green building construction and have the prestigious LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certificate. The “Green” building also has bike racks, baths and other amenities for the employees.
