Financial Grant Awarded to Protected Home TOGETHER from TTEC

TTEC Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), a leading global customer experience technology and services company focused on the design, implementation and delivery of transformative solutions for many of the world’s most iconic and disruptive brands, today announced that a grant from the company’s community foundation has been awarded to Protected Home TOGETHER for computers and technical equipment for educational purposes. The foundation’s donation to the organisation for items such as laptops, computers, a projector, a scanner, and associated software was sponsored by TTEC employees in Bulgaria.

The Protected Home TOGETHER provides support for young people from orphan institutions. In the protected home they receive real help, providing them temporary home and food and support for educational and professional development. The TeleTech Community Foundation’s monetary support will help the students by providing them the equipment they need for their learning in the twenty-first century.

“We believe education is the foundation of success for our global communities and our team,” said Rich Herbst, Vice President of Learning and Development at TTEC and Head of the TeleTech Community Foundation. “Through our employee-sponsored grants, such as this one for the Protected Home TOGETHER, our team impacts the education of the most vulnerable of students, of which 100% are in the greatest need and live below the poverty level. These children will now be able to access today’s technology in their classroom setting.”

The foundation, which was founded in 2007, was created based on the principle that education is the key to a successful community. Since its inception, the foundation has donated more than $4,000,000 to education-related organisations across the globe. All grant awards are employee-sponsored and are provided within the communities where TTEC operates around the world.
