Cargill Bulgaria continues with their volunteering to cultivate Vitosha mountain’s tourist paths
On 31st of August Cargill Bulgaria organized a new tourist path cultivating initiative in partnership with Park “Vitosha” as part of the company’s CSR program. The initiative is Cargill Bulgaria’s third one since last year and took place at the their adopted forest path “Kumata – Konyarnika- Zvezditsa - Edelvays - Kumta” in Vitosha mountain.
More than 60 employees invested 8 hours in volunteer work during the weekend, sharing their enthusiasm, hard work and commitment to help make a difference. During the initiative they built 2 wooden bridges, painted and renovated metal signs, varnished benches and tables and cleaned the ditches and the drains at Zvezditsa hut, Konyarnika and Kumata hut.
Their volunteering work and impact were highly recognised by Park “Vitosha” and another initiative will be organized later this year.
