Bulgarian Outsourcing Association has a new chairman and a new member of the Managing board

Ilia Krastev is the new chairman of BOA’s Managing Board. The new member of BOA’s Managing board is Andon Simeonov.

Ilia Krastev is the new chairman of BOA’s Managing Board. He has many years of professional experience in entrepreneurship and business development in the area of business intelligence and new technologies. For more than 10 years he has been a CEO of A Data Pro, a group of companies, which comprises the SEE’s leading business intelligence provider SeeNews, the media monitoring and analysis agency Perceptica, the global renewable energy intelligence service Renewables Now and Identrics – the group’s dedicated AI and automation hub. Ilia Krastev holds an MBA from Cotrugli Business School, certification in Global Management and Leadership from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. He specialized in SME Human Resources Development at Tokai University.

The new member of BOA’s Managing board is Andon Simeonov. He has more than 17 years of professional experience, managing different Bulgarian and international companies and organizations. For the last 5 years he has been the country manager of SoftServe Bulgaria. Andon Simeonov is the first employee of the company and he has helped establishing the organization from scratch, developing it to one of the biggest Software Services companies on the local market in only 5 years.

Plamen Tsekov, CEO of ScaleFocus, Stefan Bumov, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of HeleCloud and Ivaylo Slavov, co-founder and CEO of Bulpros, remain on the Managing board along with Ilia Krastev.
